Animation Details

Cobra presents a yoga floor sequence centered on a bent-elbow chest lift. The preview begins with the character standing with the arms extended sideways. The character folds forward, lowers the hands and moves through a raised-hip position before extending the legs behind the body and lowering the torso.

With the hands beside the upper body, the head and chest rise while the elbows remain visibly bent. The character holds this lifted shape, lowers again and moves back through the raised-hip position. The feet then come toward the hands before the character returns to standing. The preparation and recovery surround the central Cobra-style pose, offering a complete movement passage for scene editing.

Technical Specifications

Listed animation format: FBX. Motion category: yoga floor transition with a chest lift and standing endpoints. Source frame rate, skeleton structure, root motion and seamless looping have not been independently verified.

Compatibility and Production Workflows

Blender's FBX import can support adjusting the preparation and hold for a film studio scene. Unity Humanoid retargeting may suit a fitness avatar with appropriate rig mapping. Review elbow bends, torso deformation, palm placement and floor clearance on the destination character. These workflows have not been asset-tested.

Suitable Uses

Animated yoga-studio scenes, fitness-avatar routines, character movement studies and film background activity. Editors can feature the lifted-chest pose or retain the standing entry and recovery to show a character moving through a longer exercise sequence.
