Animation Details
Crescent Lunge Left shows a left-leading split stance held with both arms raised overhead. The preview begins with the hands near the chest, opens into an arms-out standing pose and lowers the arms before entering the lunge. The right leg moves behind as the left knee bends and the torso initially leans forward.
The upper body then rises while the hands travel upward past the face. The character maintains the overhead-arm shape through the central passage, with small changes in elbow angle and torso position. To finish, the arms open and lower, the feet return together and the hands settle near the chest. The sequence includes preparation, a sustained pose and standing recovery.
Technical Specifications
Listed animation format: FBX. Motion category: left-leading lunge hold with an overhead reach and standing transitions. Source frame rate, skeleton details, root motion and seamless looping have not been independently verified.
Compatibility and Production Workflows
Blender's FBX import can support framing the sustained pose for a film yoga scene. Unity Humanoid retargeting may suit a fitness-app avatar with appropriate rig mapping. Review shoulder reach, torso deformation and both foot positions, and choose an edit range around the standing setup. These workflows have not been asset-tested.
Suitable Uses
Animated yoga-studio activity, fitness-avatar pose previews, routine-overview sequences and character performance studies. The sustained raised-arm silhouette can provide a quieter held passage within a longer exercise scene, surrounded by the visible entry and recovery movements.
