Animation Details
Crescent Lunge Knee Drops Left shows a split stance with the left leg forward and repeated changes in knee bend. The preview opens in an arms-out standing pose, then brings the hands toward the chest as the right leg moves behind. An overhead arm lift and an early return to feet-together standing precede the main repeated passage.
After entering the split stance again, the character holds the hands near the chest while lowering and raising the body through visible rear-knee bends. The torso makes small adjustments as the leg positions change. The arms lift overhead once more before the feet come together and the character returns to an arms-out finish.
Technical Specifications
Listed animation format: FBX. Motion category: left-leading lunge with repeated knee bends and arm transitions. Source frame rate, skeleton structure, root motion and seamless looping have not been independently verified.
Compatibility and Production Workflows
Blender's FBX import can support selecting the repeated passage for a filmed yoga-studio scene. Unity Humanoid retargeting may suit a fitness avatar with appropriate rig mapping. Review foot spacing, rear-knee clearance and hand placement, then trim the preparation and recovery as needed. These workflows have not been asset-tested.
Suitable Uses
Fitness-app motion previews, animated yoga routines, exercise-scene background activity and character movement studies. The repeated lowering and rising provides a distinct visual passage, while the standing reset and overhead lifts offer additional editing points for a longer routine.
