Chair_Warrior shows an exercise sequence alternating raised-arm standing poses with forward-leaning balances. From an arms-out starting position, the character lifts both hands overhead, bends the knees and brings the palms together in front of the chest.
The torso inclines forward as one foot lifts and the body balances over the other leg. The figure returns toward a two-foot stance and raises the arms again before repeating the changes between lowered, forward-leaning and upright shapes. The preview finishes with the arms raised. The visible sequence supplies body movement for a yoga-themed production, without establishing certified posture or health benefits.
 
Technical Specifications
File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Source frame rate, skeleton structure, root motion and seamless loop continuity remain unverified. Separate pose clips, exercise timing and source rig details have not been independently inspected.
 
Compatibility and Production Workflows
Blender or Maya FBX import can support a virtual studio visualization. For a Unity fitness avatar, consider a suitably configured Humanoid Avatar and review the retargeted result. Check supporting-foot contact, the lifted leg, torso deformation and overhead hand clearance. These workflows have not been tested with the archive.
 
Suitable Uses
Useful for an animated exercise-library entry, a yoga-avatar demonstration or a rendered studio sequence. A side or three-quarter camera can reveal the forward lean, while wider framing preserves the full arm range. Author and review any coaching narration or exercise guidance separately from the visual performance.
