Animation Details
A bicycle exercise animation with a visible descent to the floor and recovery afterward. From an upright, arms-out pose, the character bends down, settles into a seated position and reclines with the hands beside the head and the elbows spread.
The legs alternate between a tucked knee and an extended position while the upper body turns from side to side. After the cycling movement, the knees draw closer, the torso rises and the character returns through a crouch to standing. These changes in body height give the preview a broader sequence than the exercise movement alone.
Technical Specifications
File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Source frame rate, rig structure, root motion and loop continuity have not been independently verified. The preview does not establish separate clip divisions or a selectable exercise-only loop.
Compatibility and Production Workflows
Blender's FBX import offers a possible route for assembling a fitness visualization. Check floor height, back clearance and hand placement around the head after adapting the motion to your character. Frame the extended legs and the standing recovery, or select the relevant passage for your shot. This route has not been tested with the supplied archive.
Suitable Uses
Useful for animated exercise-library entries, virtual studio scenes and workout video production. The entry and exit movement can help connect a floor exercise to a wider character sequence. Any coaching narration, exercise assessment or health guidance belongs to your separately authored content; those claims are not established by this animation preview.
What's Included
Attached archive: Bicycles_Anim.zip. The listing identifies FBX animation; archive contents have not been inspected. Character models, exercise mats, scene geometry and narration are not confirmed as included.
