Animation Details
Turn back and afraid of noise combines a cautious look behind with a low, head-shielding reaction. The preview opens in a slightly hunched stance, knees bent and hands held forward. The head turns back before the shoulders follow, and the hands gather closer to the face as the body lowers.
The character then drops into a deep staggered posture with one knee near the ground. One palm rises beside and above the head while the opposite arm folds across the chest and face. Toward the end, the raised hand extends outward as the character remains low. This gives the scene a readable sequence of noticing, recoiling and maintaining a defensive position.
Technical Specifications
File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Motion category: backward-looking reaction, low defensive drop and raised-palm shielding. Source frame rate, skeleton details and root-motion configuration have not been confirmed.
Compatibility and Production Workflows
Maya FBX import can support matching the look-back direction to an offscreen event. Cinema 4D FBX animation import is an option for framing the lowered reaction in a cinematic scene. Check knee clearance, hand-to-head spacing and the final low pose; these workflows have not been tested with this asset.
Suitable Uses
Behind-the-character scares, unexpected footsteps, offscreen impacts and tense corridor scenes. Time your own sound cue around the backward glance, then use the defensive drop to reveal how strongly the character responds.
