Animation Details

Afraid and walk away combines tentative movement with a sudden defensive reaction and a departure. Early in the preview, the character takes measured steps and extends a hand forward with the palm outward. The response then becomes larger: both hands rise above the head, the shoulders draw in and the torso dips before the body reorients.

The character continues with short, guarded steps, keeping the arms partly raised and occasionally bringing a hand near the face. This progression offers a clear storytelling arc from cautious engagement to alarm and withdrawal. The contrast between the early reaching gesture and later protective posture helps the change in mood read through body language.

Technical Specifications

File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Motion category: walking, defensive startle and guarded departure. Source frame rate, rig structure and root-motion configuration have not been confirmed.

Compatibility and Production Workflows

Maya or Blender FBX workflows can support staging the approach, reaction and departure against your scene layout. MotionBuilder offers a retargeting route after suitable source and target characterization. Review foot contact, character orientation and hand clearance during integration; these application workflows have not been tested with this asset.

Suitable Uses

Unexpected encounters, creature-reveal scenes, tense conversation exits and suspense-driven cinematic blocking. The raised hands can mark the surprise, while the following guarded steps help carry the character out of the moment without an abrupt cut.
