Animation Details

Afraid and stand idle gathers a defensive reaction into a compact standing pose. The preview opens with bent knees and the hands raised in front of the body. A small step and upper-body turn lead into a more enclosed shape, with the forearms crossing near the chest and the hands held close below the face.

The character maintains this guarded position through much of the preview, with a slight head dip and further knee bend toward the end. The inward arm arrangement and softened stance can communicate apprehension during a pause, giving a character visible tension while the surrounding scene continues.

Technical Specifications

File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Motion category: fearful standing pause with gathered hands and bent-knee posture. Source frame rate, skeleton structure, root motion and seamless-loop suitability have not been confirmed.

Compatibility and Production Workflows

MotionBuilder offers an FBX retargeting workflow after suitable source and target characterization. Blender FBX import can support examining the entry pose, held section and ending before adapting the motion to your scene. Check hand spacing and forearm contact on your character; these workflows have not been asset-tested.

Suitable Uses

Wary waiting moments, tense doorway scenes, quiet horror reactions and dialogue pauses. The close-set hands and lowered stance work well when a character needs to remain visibly uneasy while listening, watching or anticipating the next event.
