Animation Details
Afraid something_4 builds into a held, backward-leaning defensive pose. The preview begins with the character upright and the hands low. After a small turn and foot adjustment, the hands lift in front of the chest and then rise beside the face, with open palms facing outward.
The shoulders pull back, the knees soften and the body settles into an inclined stance with the arms kept close. Much of the preview holds this guarded shape, making the raised palms and recoil the central visual features. The clear transition into the pose can mark the moment a character notices something alarming or signals that it should stay back.
Technical Specifications
File format: FBX, as identified by the existing listing. Motion category: standing recoil into an open-palm defensive hold. Source frame rate, rig structure, root-motion behavior and seamless-loop suitability have not been confirmed.
Compatibility and Production Workflows
Cinema 4D FBX animation import can support framing the held reaction in a character-led cinematic composition. Unity humanoid use requires a correctly configured Humanoid Avatar. Check palm orientation, shoulder clearance and the desired hold timing on your character; these workflows have not been asset-tested.
Suitable Uses
Close-range threat reveals, startled dialogue responses, cautious standoffs and comedic shock reactions. The compact raised hands suit medium framing, while the backward body angle helps communicate the response in a full-body shot.
