Animation Details
This currently free character animation connects a running approach with an overhead reach and a hanging-style swing. The preview begins with short, uneven steps that open into a longer stride. Both arms then lift above the head as the torso lengthens and the legs leave the running pattern.
With the arms held high, the body rocks backward and forward. One leg stretches out while the other bends, followed by a more gathered position beneath the torso. The changing leg shapes and body angle provide a clear transition from forward momentum into a suspended-looking reaction. These visible movements offer a starting point for staging a hurried reach toward an overhead support.
Technical Specifications
File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Motion category: running approach, overhead reach and hanging-style body swing. Source timing, skeleton details and root-motion configuration have not been confirmed.
Compatibility and Production Workflows
Maya or Blender FBX workflows can support aligning the reach with your own ledge, bar or other scene element. Unreal Engine use requires an appropriate skeleton. Review hand contact, body clearance and the transition into the raised-arm pose during integration; these are workflow suggestions rather than asset-specific tests.
Suitable Uses
Ledge-grab cinematics, overhead-traversal concepts, near-miss escape scenes and stunt previs. The approach and subsequent body swing can help establish momentum before a character catches or braces against a support in your scene.
