Animation Details

Gun aim to firing is a kneeling aim-to-fire character animation with a pronounced upward arm movement and standing recovery. The preview begins with one knee low, the opposite leg bent in front and the arms arranged near shoulder height. The hands then rise along a steeper diagonal as the head follows the changing arm line.

The character maintains the low stance during the raised-arm section before pushing upward through the legs. As the body reaches standing, the hands lower toward the torso and the posture settles. This creates a distinct sequence of low aim, elevated upper-body action and recovery that can be staged within a cinematic firing scene.

Technical Specifications

File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Motion category: kneeling aiming-and-firing performance with upward arm action and a rise to standing. Source frame rate, skeleton details and root-motion configuration have not been confirmed.

Compatibility and Production Workflows

Houdini's KineFX FBX Animation Import can bring the skeletal movement into an effects-oriented scene. MotionBuilder offers a retargeting route after suitable characterization. Check the arm arc, knee contact and alignment with your separately added gun prop across the rise; these workflows have not been tested with this asset.

Suitable Uses

Kneeling firing cinematics, action-character recovery shots, effects-timing previs and low-to-standing transition studies. The elevated arm section provides a clear visual peak before the standing finish brings the character into a different body level.
