Animation Details

Clapping the table previews a seated character with one forearm extended forward and the opposite hand closer to the waist. The forward palm changes height through short lifting and lowering motions while the shoulder and head make small adjustments. The gesturing arm repeatedly returns toward a low forward position, while the other arm stays compact. The knees remain apart, the hands stay separated and no table is rendered.

Technical Specifications

Listed animation format: FBX. Source frame rate, rig structure, bone count, root motion and loop continuity remain unverified. Preview movement does not establish surface contact, prop behavior or the contents of the archive.

Compatibility and Production Workflows

Maya or Blender offer FBX import workflows for matching the forward hand to a table in a film scene. Unreal Engine FBX animation import requires an appropriate Skeleton asset. Review seat placement, elbow clearance and wrist orientation on the destination character, then refine any intended tabletop contact. These workflows have not been tested with this asset.

Suitable Uses

This asymmetric gesture can support dialogue emphasis at a desk, a seated workplace exchange or a narrative-game conversation. A medium shot keeps the active forearm visible while retaining the compact posture of the other hand. A social avatar can use the movement as an expressive beat, with intensity shaped by the surrounding performance and framing.
