Animation Details
Cheering up someone 1 presents a standing encouragement-style performance with repeated bent-arm lifts and outward reaches. The character opens the arms from a low position, draws the hands toward the chest and shoulders and changes the width of the stance.
The figure then turns more side-on, extends the arms forward and lifts them again near the head before returning to lower reaches. Small knee bends and torso inclines accompany these gestures. The preview finishes angled forward with the hands in front of the body. One performer is visible; the recipient and any spoken encouragement must be supplied through your scene.

Compatibility and Production Workflows
Blender or Maya FBX import can support positioning the reaches toward another character. Unreal Engine sequencing is another option with an appropriate skeleton and retargeting. Check shoulder rotation, elbow clearance and foot placement through the side-facing passage. These workflows have not been tested with the supplied archive.
