Animation Details
Cheering up_3 shows a restrained standing response centered on a single open-hand gesture. The character begins with the arms down and looks to the side while shifting weight. A small forward foot movement accompanies the preparation, then one arm extends outward and the hand rises toward shoulder and head height.
The open palm faces outward briefly before the elbow bends and the hand draws back toward the upper body. The arm then lowers, leaving subtle head turns, torso leans and stance adjustments to complete the performance. Most of the clip remains near an upright resting posture, giving the raised hand a clear accent without a large overhead reach or deep crouch.

Check palm orientation, shoulder height and foot placement on the target character. These workflows have not been asset-tested.

Understated spectator reactions, animated social scenes, game crowd variation and avatar acknowledgment. The upright posture and compact arm movement can suit a character responding from the edge of a scene or between more active celebration beats.
