A two-character zombie attack animation built around a close-range struggle. One character recoils and moves backward into a reclined position while the other leans in and reaches toward them. Use the paired performance as a starting point for a confined-space horror encounter or a tense cinematic interaction.

Animation Details

  • Two interacting character performances with attack and recoil roles.
  • Leaning, reaching and backward movement into a reclined pose.
  • When staging a vehicle scene, align your seat, character proportions and contact points to the motion.

Technical Specifications

  • Package: Zombie attacking in the vehicle.zip.
  • File contents: five FBX files and two BVH files.
  • Separate actor tracks: SH_ACTOR01 and SH_ACTOR02.
  • Inspected BVH tracks: 572 frames each, with a 0.0333333-second frame interval (approximately 30 FPS).

The timing above refers to the inspected BVH actor tracks. Check each FBX variant's take range and frame rate separately; do not assume identical timing across formats.

Compatibility and Production Workflows

  • Film and cinematic interaction: Maya's FBX import and Blender's FBX/BVH workflows can bring the paired motion into shot blocking. Match character proportions, seating and contact points before final animation.
  • Paired-character motion work: MotionBuilder supports FBX and BVH import. Preserve the relationship between both actor tracks while retargeting or refining the struggle.
  • Procedural character pipelines: Houdini's KineFX FBX Animation Import reads animation as a geometry-based skeleton. It provides an import route to evaluate when staging or adapting this interaction in a Houdini character workflow.
  • Interactive horror scenes: evaluate the FBX tracks on appropriate skeletons in Unreal Engine or with configured humanoid Avatars in Unity. Synchronize both characters and implement the scene logic separately.

Format support does not guarantee a drop-in fit or native project delivery. This asset has not been tested in every named application; verify actor alignment, rig mapping and contact with the environment.

Suitable Uses

  • Two-character horror-film blocking, creature-attack previs and animated shorts.
  • Scripted vehicle or confined-space encounters in survival-horror games.
  • Interactive narrative scenes with coordinated attacker and victim performances.
  • Character-contact and paired-motion studies for cinematic production.

What's Included

The ZIP contains FBX and BVH motion files for the interaction, including separate actor motion and mannequin-rig FBX animations. A vehicle model is not established by the inspected motion-file list; plan to supply the environment your scene requires.
