Animation Details
Lying down and aim 05 connects a running approach with a descent into prone aiming. The preview begins with alternating running steps, one hand raised beside the head and the opposite arm carried lower. The character then changes facing and bends more deeply through the knees.
The hands move forward as the body drops through a kneeling position and reaches toward the floor. The legs extend behind while the chest lowers onto the forearm-supported prone pose. The hands and head settle into the final aiming arrangement. This gives the sequence a clear shift from traveling movement into a long, low character silhouette.
Technical Specifications
File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Motion category: running approach, kneeling descent and prone aiming finish. Source frame rate, skeleton details, root-motion path and seamless-loop suitability have not been confirmed.
Compatibility and Production Workflows
Unreal Engine use requires an appropriate skeleton when evaluating the running-to-prone transition. MotionBuilder offers an FBX retargeting route after suitable source and target characterization. Check the hand and knee contacts, rear-leg clearance and alignment with your separately added weapon prop; these workflows have not been asset-tested.
Suitable Uses
Run-to-prone cutscenes, character stance-change prototypes, action-scene arrivals and traveling-to-ground transition studies. The raised-hand running section and supported descent provide different visual beats before the movement settles into its floor-level finish.
