Animation Details
Blocking the Punches begins with a side-facing standing character and lowered arms. The figure turns toward the front, raises the hands and brings one forearm diagonally across the face while the other palm stays upright beside the head.
Small steps and weight shifts accompany changes in hand height and head angle. The diagonal forearm repeatedly returns near the cheek or forehead while the stance adjusts underneath. Later, both arms lower and the character turns back toward a quieter standing posture. The preview therefore includes a visible entry and exit around its defensive gestures, without showing an opponent or actual contact.
Technical Specifications
File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Source frame rate, skeleton configuration, root motion and seamless loop continuity remain unverified. Separate entry, reaction and exit clips have not been confirmed from the archive.
Compatibility and Production Workflows
Maya or Blender FBX import can support staging the turns and changing forearm position for film. For Unreal Engine integration, use an appropriate skeleton and review any retargeting. Check the face clearance, small foot placements and final body orientation before connecting surrounding actions. These workflows have not been tested with this asset.
Suitable Uses
Useful for a boxing-themed scene, a character entering and leaving a confrontation, or an action-game cutscene with a clear change in body language. The lowered-arm ending can support a pause after the exchange, while the stepping passage offers material for a wider camera view.
