Animation Details

Barbell Floor Press shows a character lying on the back with the knees bent while raising and lowering a visible barbell. The preview begins with the elbows bent and the bar close above the upper torso. Both hands move upward together as the arms extend, keeping the bar across the body.

The weight remains higher for part of the displayed movement, then returns toward the chest as the elbows bend again. The legs retain their bent position and the torso stays low, making the vertical arm action the main change in the pose. No standing setup or get-up transition is established by the preview.

Technical Specifications

File format: FBX, according to the existing listing. Motion category: supine barbell press with bent knees and paired arm extension. Source frame rate, rig structure, repetition count and seamless-loop behavior have not been independently confirmed.

Compatibility and Production Workflows

Cinema 4D's FBX animation import can support arranging a low or oblique camera around the exercise. Check back and foot contact with your floor, then align both hands to your barbell geometry after retargeting. Review elbow clearance near the ground; this workflow has not been asset-tested.

Suitable Uses

Workout-app exercise previews, animated floor-exercise overviews, virtual gym scenes and fitness-brand presentations. An oblique view can show the bent legs and changing bar height together, while a closer composition can emphasize the paired press without needing camera travel.
